About

We are a software manufacturer in Karlsruhe (Germany), founded by Arno Dorschner and Frank Kremser in 1994.

For more than 25 years, our goal has been to offer customized and customer-oriented software solutions for the industrial sector. As a DIN-ISO 9001 certified company, quality and reliability are the focus of our activities.

Our roots are in chromatography, so we have specialized in software solutions for analytical measurement technology and laboratory software.

Arno Dorschner passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in 2022. We will remember him as a valued friend and colleague.

In 2023, the long-term planned transfer of the management to the next generation was signed. Michael Kunze and Christoph Horn, who have been working at Angi for many years, joined the management.

Co-Founder of the Angi GmbH, which has gone on to provide successful businesses in sectors including chromatography, automation, lab informatics, and measuring technology.
Since graduating in Computer Science from KIT (Karlsruher Institut für Technologie), I am working to improve chromatographic systems for better data acquisition and data evaluation.

I started working as a software developer at Angi GmbH in 1999. Since then, many solutions in the area of instrument control, automation and device drivers have been developed together with our customers and successfully established on the market. I look forward to new challenges!

While I was studying computer science at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in 2005, I started working as a software developer at Angi GmbH. Since then I have been fascinated by the combination of software and hardware in the field of measurement technology and analytics.
